Boya's BY-UM2 is a flexible, compact audio microphone with 3.5mm TRS connection. The bendable bar allows you to position the microphone perfectly at all times. The BY-UM2 is a handy tool as an alternative to wired lavalier microphones. You can use the Boya BY-UM2 with wireless transmitters (see compatibility heading).

The directional characteristic is omni-directional, which means that sounds from all directions are recorded. Wind noise is reduced using the supplied mini windscreen. This means that you can also use the device outdoors.

Compatibility of the BY-UM2

This microphone is suitable for use with the wireless transmitters of the BY-WM4, BY-WM5, BY-WM6 and BY-WM8 (Boya) as well as the UwMic9/UwMic15 (Saramonic). You can find these products with the optional accessories.

Application Boya BY-UM2

This flexible microphone is suitable as a budget solution for any video/audio recording, both indoors and on location. You can think of vlogs, meetings or any other forms of leisure recordings. The advantage of the BY-UM2 is that you can use the bendable bar to position the microphone perfectly. This eliminates the need to work with a lavalier microphone, so you no longer carry cabling with you.

The courier will transport your goods from Photopoint straight to the provided address. The delivery will take place at workdays from 08:00 to 17:00. Hold your phone near you as the courier will call you prior to its arrival. Please make sure there is someone at the destination, eligible to receive the shipment.
