Properties:

  • The extremely durable and comfortable construction of the tiguar Slam Ball, designed to be able to hit the floor, guarantees effective training improving overall strength, explosive strength and endurance of the whole body.

  • Dynamic exercises with a Slam Ball, which does not bounce after hitting the floor, remaining in place, are commonly used in CrossFit training and in the training of athletes for whom speed of movement is an important parameter.
  • High exploitation of balls in this type of training requires them to be above-average durability, which is guaranteed by the materials used in the tiguar Slam Ball.
  • The stability of the ball is guaranteed by filling them with sand weighing from 4 kg to 12 kg and a mixture of sand and cast iron sand (weighing 15 kg).

  • The comfort of slam exercises is influenced by the structure of the outer surface of the ball, which must ensure a firm grip and prevent it from slipping out of the hands. Therefore, its shell has honeycomb-shaped protrusions.

  • The tiguar Slam Ball is available in six weights with an average increase of 2 kg, which enables the exercisers to make steady, gradual progress.
