Get started quickly with your exercise ball Step 1: Let the ball rest at room temperature for 2 hours. This will make it easier to inflate the ball.
Step 2: Inflate the ball to 80%. Let the ball rest for 24 hours with the provided plug inserted.
Step 3: Fully inflate the ball and measure the diameter. Make sure the ball is the correct diameter as shown on the ball.
Step 4: Sit on the ball with your knees slightly bent (about 90 degrees) and your feet flat on the floor. Are you sinking in too far? Add air to the ball. Does the ball bounce too much? Drain air from the ball until your sitting position is comfortable and stable.
Step 5: After fully inflating, push the plug back into the hole and the ball is ready to use.
