Diet WHEY’le on antud kõrge lisandväärtus prebiootilise Orafti™ kiudaine, 23 erineva vitamiini-mineraali ja rasva põletava rohelise tee ekstrakti lisamisega ning soovitame kasutada väärtusliku osana kindla kalorsusega toitumisplaanist.  ICONFIT Diet WHEY on sarnase funktsiooniga balansseeritud retseptiga toidukorra asendajatega, kuid siin on põhirõhk just kõrgemal proteiinisisaldusel (66%+) ning madalamal süsivesikute sisaldusel.

Soovitame tarbida päevas 2-3 korda 50g Diet WHEY proteiinikokteile. Võimalusel ka trenni ajal või peale trenni. Kuna 1 portsjonist saab vaid 5,2g süsivesikuid, siis väga madala päevase süsivesikute tarbimisega on võimalik oma keha viia ketoosi. Ketoos on keha seisund, kus keha hakkab süsivesikute asemel päevase energiavajaduse katmiseks põletama rasva. Selle saavutamiseks välditakse ka kõiki teisi kõrge süsivesikute/suhkru sisaldusega toite ja jooke.

Kasutamine: Sega 50g (2 väikese kuhjaga mõõdulusikat või 1 portsjonkotike) pulbrit u 300ml veega shakeris või blenderis. Sega kuni korraliku ühtlase lahustumiseni ja tarbi kohe. Soovitavav 2-3 portsjonit päevas. Tarbi lisaks iga päev ka korralikult vett ning minimaalselt 1 korralik tervislik 600-800 kcal toidukord.

Omniva courier delivery

The courier will transport your goods from Photopoint straight to the provided address. The delivery will take place at workdays from 08:00 to 17:00. Hold your phone near you as the courier will call you prior to its arrival. Please make sure there is someone at the destination, eligible to receive the shipment.
