The 3 Pizze by Alfa is a spacious pizza oven Made in Italy with exceptional performances, able to bake the first pizza after a heating time of only 30 minutes.

With its modern design, the 3 Pizze fits perfectly in all environments that can stand a little variety and is just the right size to fit on the top of an outdoor kitchen.

With Alfa's 3 Pizze oven, your dishes will bake perfectly and evenly every time thanks to the innovative Full Effect Full Circulation Flue System.

Thanks to this special system the heat inside the refractory plates can be kept inside the oven, allowing you to reach high temperatures and keep them constant.

Heat Genius technology

To make sure you can bake a pizza at home that's just as good as the one in your favorite restaurant, Alfa's engineering department has developed the innovative Heat Genius technology, which cooks the toppings at one temperature and the dough at another, so that every pizza is always fragrant and perfectly baked.

The key is that the heat is released slowly from the inner walls of the oven and is evenly distributed by the curved structure of the oven.

As a result, the toppings cook faster and release some of their moisture, leaving the dough crispy without burning, achieving a perfect balance.

Baking pizza has never been so easy: prepare the dough, top it with your favorite ingredients and thanks to the Heat Genius- technology for ALFA ovens, your pizza will be perfect every time!
