Węże ogrodowe marki Proline z serii CERBON PLUS to produkty czterowarstwowe wykonane z elastycznego PCW na bazie suspensyjnego polichlorku winylu oraz innych komponentów poprawiających elastyczność w niski temperaturach, dodatkowo wzmocnione obwojem tekstylnym. Wyrób przeznaczony jest do tłoczenia wody o ciśnieniu roboczym 10 bar (w 20oC), ciśnienie rozrywające wynosi powyżej 30 bar (w 20oC). Zakres temperatur od -25oC do +60oC. Wyrób objęty ochroną na obszarze Unii Europejskiej. Węże PROLINE są produktami przyjaznymi dla środowiska, ponieważ w składzie chemicznym zastosowanych tworzyw sztucznych nie znajdziemy kadmu, baru, ołowiu i ftalanów. Dodatkowo wysoka jakość zastosowanych materiałów praktycznie eliminuje przepuszczanie światła co skutecznie ogranicza możliwość osadzania się glonów we wnętrzu węża. Produkt nadaje się też do kontaktu z wodą pitną. Zastosowane materiały są także odporne na promieniowanie UV.

Budowa węża 4-warstwowego:

  • Specjalna warstwa wewnętrzna rdzenia węża wykonana jest z pełnowartościowego surowca nadającego się do kontaktu z wodą pitną, będącą również uszczelnieniem wyrobu (zapobiega rozwarstwianiu się węża)
  • Warstwa zewnętrzna rdzenia węża chroni wyrób przed osadzaniem się glonów wewnątrz węża
  • Wzmocnienie krzyżowe węża wykonane jest z najwyższej jakości przędzy poliestrowej, zabezpiecza wyrób przed zmianą parametrów technicznych węża (średnica wew. wyrobu) oraz zwiększa jego wytrzymałość na ciśnienia. Grubość przędzy oraz gęstość oplotu dobierana jest odpowiednio do rodzajów i średnic węży
  • Specjalna warstwa zewnętrzna węża (oblewowa) wykonana z pełnowartościowego surowca wzbogacona o komponenty poprawiające jego elastyczność oraz odporność na niskie temperatury. Warstwa oblewowa wzbogacona jest w 3 wzdłużne, wąskie paski rozmieszczone symetrycznie po obwodzie węża oraz jeden pasek wzdłużny szeroki służacy do znakowania wyrobu
