The box, thanks to the possibility of setting it on three different sides - each of a different height - gives the possibility of universal use by people of different heights, different levels of fitness, in various jumping and strengthening exercises.

  • The tiguar training box is made of high-density shock-absorbing foam, which avoids sudden overloads in the joints, and additionally increases its stability. The use of a non-slip coating on its sides guarantees safe and effective plyometric training for everyone, regardless of the chosen height. Reinforced sewing with the use of titanium threads and the use of a specialized material with increased tear and abrasion resistance makes the tiguar plyometric box reliable equipment with many years of durability.
