Concrete curing cable is specially designed for curing and drying concrete, offering an efficient and reliable solution for professional builders and installers. This intelligent heating cable is designed to fight against the freezing of concrete casting and at the same time speed up the concrete drying process, ensuring high-quality end results even in the most demanding conditions.
The different lengths of the concrete curing cable - 3.3 m, 10 m, 20 m, 35 m, 55 m and 85 m - offer flexibility for the needs of different construction sites. The cable connection plug enables quick and effortless installation, saving time and effort from professionals. This solution works inside the concrete casting as a resistance cable, and during use the inside of the cable heats up to 200 degrees. The insulation layer on its surface effectively insulates the inside of the heating cable, keeping the temperature on the surface of the heating cable insulation at around 60 degrees, which ensures safe and efficient use.
When the concrete has hardened, the concrete hardening cable can be used versatilely during other construction phases as well. It first acts as a basic heat source and as a floor dryer, providing efficient heating during the construction phase. On the eve of the final construction, before the floor covering is installed, the cable can be reused to ensure an optimal level of dryness. This solution does not require separate transformers, as only one connection head equipped with a 230V plug is needed, which makes installation smooth and fast directly on top of concrete reinforcement on the construction site.
