Stereo integrated amplifier: Teac AX-505

The AX-505 is a compact integrated stereo amplifier with an output power of 115 W + 115 W, which only takes up the size of an A4 sheet of paper.

Its low-distortion sound with a high signal-to-noise ratio reproduces high-resolution audio content with real dynamics and musical vigour. The AX-505 also has an integrated headphone amplifier.

The two level indicators on the front show whether the music is getting louder or quieter. A well-damped volume control with a rotary knob made of milled aluminium for precise volume control makes operation even more pleasant. Passive cooling ensures absolutely silent operation, so listeners can concentrate on their music without any annoying fan noise.

Combine this state-of-the-art stereo integrated amplifier with TEAC's UD-505 standalone DAC or the NT-505 USB DAC/network player and enjoy all the benefits of high-spec Hi-Res audio such as DSD512 and 768kHz PCM.
