„Automatic Sensor Cooking“ tehnoloogia  abil tuvastab OptiGrill+ XL kohe küpsetusplaadil olevate ühikute hulga, määrab nende paksuse ja reguleerib selle alusel temperatuuri ja küpsetamise aega.

Indikaatortuli võimaldab jälgida suurt täpsust nõudvate toitude valmistamist ja valmistada liha sellisel küpsusastmel nagu soovid: pooltoores, keskmise küpsusastmega või läbiküpsenud.
9 küpsetusprogrammi maitsva toidu valmistamiseks: punane liha, burgerid, linnuliha, võileivad, vorstid, kala, mereannid, peekon, sealiha ning lisaks sellele külmutatud toidu režiim ja nelja temperatuuriastmega käsitsirežiim.
