The BRITA MAXTRA PRO Hard Water Expert filter cartridge is designed to purify hard and very hard water. BRITA guarantees up to 50% better reduction of water hardness compared to the MAXTRA PRO Pure Performance cartridge. With efficient BRITA filters you will achieve a lot:

  • You will change your tap water.
  • You will brew aromatic coffee and tea without an unappetizing crust.
  • You will protect your kettle and coffee machine from limescale deposits.

The BRITA MAXTRA PRO Hard Water Expert filter cartridge fits perfectly with BRITA filter jugs from the Aluna, Marella, Style, Elemaris, Flow collection and the Glass glass jug. Thanks to it, you can enjoy the taste of cold and hot drinks prepared using tasty soft water every day.

Filtration capacity up to 150 l. 1 MAXTRA PRO filter replaces 150 disposable, plastic water bottles (with a capacity of 1 l).

The most ecological filter in the history of BRITA. 50% bioplastic was used to make the cover and housing. Biological plastics are produced in whole or in part from renewable, biological sources such as plants. Only bioplastics are used, which have been certified by the internationally recognized organization ISCC PLUS.

How does the BRITA MAXTRA PRO Pure Performance filter work?

Filtration through the BRITA MAXTRA PRO Pure Performance is a 4-step process:

Super fine mesh: captures large particles from old water pipes, e.g. sand or rust.

Natural activated carbon beads, made from coconuts, will prevent chlorine and its derivatives from getting into the filtered water. Thanks to them, the water smells better, is cleaner and fresher.

Effective ion exchanger beads provide 50% greater reduction in water hardness compared to MAXTRA PRO Pure Performance, reduce metals: e.g. lead and copper and soften water. Thanks to this, tea is clear and every drink prepared on the basis of water - tastier.

An additional high-efficiency filter mesh is 4x better at retaining impurities compared to the previous MAXTRA+ filter (particle size 30 micrometers). It can be sand or rust, for example. Thanks to innovative technology, the water becomes cleaner. Prepared meals and drinks are healthier and have a better taste

Safety included

All BRITA products, including filter jugs, have received a positive Hygiene Certificate NIZP-PZH. Thanks to the fact that they have been thoroughly tested, you can be sure that you are using safe water filters.

The courier will transport your goods from Photopoint straight to the provided address. The delivery will take place at workdays from 08:00 to 17:00. The product can only be ordered from our online store and it takes from 7-10 working days for delivery within Estonia.
