With the Viltrox EF-EOS M2 Speed Booster (Focal Reducer) it is possible to mount a Canon EF lens on an EOS-M camera. The EF-EOS M2 gives you one more F-stop and reduces the focal length by 0.71×. With the EF-M2 Speed Booster, you can still use the autofocus and adjust the aperture.

The Viltrox EF-EOS M2 has a gold-plated contact. This is necessary to mount Canon EF lenses on your EOS-M and make sure that the autofocus works. The Viltrox also has an internal diaphragm motor so you can control the diaphragm directly from your camera. The USB port on the Viltrox EF-M2 Speed Booster is only for firmware upgrades. It can add new functions to the Viltrox EF-EOS M2 Speed Booster and fix bugs.
