Alle derzeit* auf dem Markt erhältlichen Shift-Objektive sind Festbrennweiten, was dieses Objektiv zum ERSTEN* Weitwinkel-Zoom-Shift-Objektiv der Welt macht. Mit dieser Funktion können Fotografen die Perspektive präzise steuern und die Verzeichnung mühelos minimieren. Durch Anpassungen des Shift-Betrags können Sie konvergierende Linien begradigen und Architektur oder Innenräume mit äußerster Präzision erfassen.

Mit der Rotationsfunktion können Sie die Richtung des Shifts durch Drehen ändern. Wenn das Objektiv auf der Kamera montiert ist, drücken Sie die Rotationsentriegelungstaste und drehen Sie dann die Shift-Vorrichtung.
Die Drehvorrichtung kann um ±180° gedreht werden, wobei das Objektiv alle 15° einrastet und in jeder Position mit dem Verriegelungsknopf fixiert werden kann.

Das Objektiv gehört zwar nicht zur LAOWA Zero-D Familie, verfügt aber dennoch über eine sehr gute Minimierung der Verzeichnung. Die Möglichkeit, bis auf 15cm an den Sensor heran zu fokussieren, bietet dem Fotografen reichlich Spielraum für kreative Bildgestaltung.

Das LAOWA 12-24mm f/5,6 Zoom Shift Objektiv hat ein 77mm Filtergewinde, das bei aufgesetzter Gegenlichtblende verwendet werden kann. Das macht das Reisen und Fotografieren unterwegs sehr viel bequemer.

Die Fokussierung und Blendeneinstellung erfolgt manuell.
