FIRM CONSTRUCTION

Set of mounting rails R/0019 has been designed specifically for stable UPS and BP modules installation within a 19” Rack cabinet. Professionally used emergency power devices often weight a lot, therefore this accessory must be able to support power equipment weighing over 30 kg.

The maximum loading capacity of these metal rails is 40 kg.

RECOMMENDED WAY OF INSTALLING RACK SERIES UPS AND BATTERY PACK MODULES IN 19" SERVER CABINETS

ARMAC gives its users full freedom when it comes to the method of installing emergency power equipment inside a 19" Rack cabinet. Installation be done by using only the mounting ears (included with each Rack series UPS / BP), or supplied with, additionally purchased, set of mounting rails.

Why is it worth buying? Mounting ears ensure that emergency power equipment is lifted only from the front. The weight of such devices (especially if they are high-capacity models with a number of efficient batteries inside) will cause the UPS or BP modules to be slightly unstable. This situation, coupled with the movement of the 19" Rack cabinet itself, can lead to loosening of heavy emergency power equipment, which may cause damage to the UPS, BP modules, other equipment, or the 19" Rack cabinet itself.

R/0019 product successfully eliminates this unfortunate eventuality. When the emergency power equipment is inserted and locked onto the mounting rails, it is evenly and stably supported along its entire length, not just from the front!

Do not allow your equipment to loosen inside the 19” Rack cabinet and ensure the safety of the equipment that watches over your equipment during power outages.

EASY AND FAST INSTALLATION WITHIN 19" RACK CABINETS

Set of mounting rails R/0019 also facilitates the very installation of heavy power backup solutions inside the 19” server cabinets. This mounting accessory itself is installed before inserting the UPS or BP module. Once the rails are attached with M6 mounting screws and cage nuts, users can proceed to installing the emergency power supply products themselves, by lifting them to the appropriate height and sliding them into the rails. After pushing the equipment towards the back of the server cabinet, we can lock the given device in place by inserting the mounting cage nuts into the vertical mounting racks of the Rack cabinet and tightening (previously mounted) mounting ears to the Rack cabinet via screws.

The product not only offers a much higher level of safety for your Rack equipment, it also makes the installation of heavy UPS or Battery Pack battery modules a breeze.

USEFUL MOUNTING ACCESSORIES INLCUDED

In the packaging, apart from a pair of installation rails for 19” Rack cabinets, users will also find a supply of helpful installation accessories - M6 screws and cage nuts. Both products are made of metal alloy, which guarantees their reliability. Cases of bent accessories are out of question - those products are meant to assist with the device installation rather than hinder its progress.
