<b>Manage your Smart-UPS</b><br>With the ap9641 APC network card you connect an APC Smart-UPS (equipped with a SmartSlot) to the network. This way you can monitor and manage the UPS remotely (SNMP, EcoStruxure™ IT, web browser) and the UPS can send a shutdown signal to multiple physical and/or virtual servers using PowerChute Network Shutdown software.<br><br><b>Monitor the environment</b><br>The AP9641 includes one temperature sensor (AP9335T), allowing the ambient temperature of the UPS to be monitored remotely. An automatic temperature-initiated shutdown of the UPS is also possible.<br><br><b>Measure humidity</b><br>The AP9641 also offers space for a second sensor; if you choose the AP9335TH, you can monitor both the humidity and the temperature of the environment in which the UPS is located. This means that an automatic shutdown of UPS initiated by excessive humidity is also possible.<br><br><b>Wireless UPS monitoring via WiFi</b><br>By connecting the AP9834 APC USB Wi-Fi dongle to the network card, it can communicate wirelessly with your network.<br><br><b>Additional UPS monitoring via relay</b><br>Instead of a second sensor, you can also choose to combine the advantages of UPS monitoring via SNMP and potential-free / dry contacts. You do this by combining the ap9641 with the ap9810.<br><br><b>PowerChute Network Shutdown</b><br>PowerChute Network Shutdown is UPS management software that works with the UPS Network Management Card to protect Windows, Linux and Host ESXi, as well as hyperconverged and virtual infrastructure*. In the event of a power outage, PowerChute can properly shut down your virtual machines and the preconfigured boot sequence ensures they are turned back on.<br><br>*An additional license is required for HCI and virtual machine support:<br>1 year: SWPCNS1Y-DIGI<br>3 years: SWPCNS3Y-DIGI<br>5 years: SWPCNS5Y-DIGI<br><br><b>Remote management and monitoring of your network</b><br>The network card can be managed remotely via the easy-to-use web browser interface, remote management software EcoStruxure™ IT (SFTWES1-DIGI) or other SNMP-compatible system.
