Plustek OpticFilm 8200i Ai is a powerful device with an optical resolution of 7200 dpi. Its precise optical system perfectly reproduces a wide tonal range and image detail in the shadows. Built-in infrared channel helps the user to eliminate the image of dust particles and scratches that are visible on the scan negatives and slides. Importantly, this process is automatic and there is no need for additional image processing. Attached to the device template IT8 calibration, it makes the scanner very accurately reproduces colors and details.

OpticFilm 8200i Ai scanner works perfectly with the professional software SilverFast from LaserSoft Imaging. Multi-Exposure® SilverFast increases the dynamic range, reduces noise and improves the quality of detail in the reproduced image. On the other hand iSRD® function removes the finished image dust and scratches that were visible on the negative or slide. Additionally, the function iSRD® responsible for optimizing the image. Auto IT8 Calibration® in less than two minutes calibrate the scanner for correct color reproduction.

The scanner Plustek OpticFilm 8200i Ai is included with the latest version of SilverFast 8 - renowned software company LaserSoft Imaging. The WorkflowPilot® leads you step by step through the process of scanning. A new graphical user interface of SilverFast 8 allows you to quickly master the device functions and preview mode immediately shows results at any setting, even on the most complex functions. SilverFast 8 is a suite of multi-tasking and works extremely quickly and efficiently on the latest 64-bit computers.
