Cement cast iron proves to be problematic when sawing. The combination of highly abrasive mortar and hard cast iron is very useful for the water pipes. But this robustness makes it very difficult to repair or replace cement-lined pipes. However, this problem can be solved using the diamond-studded cutting edge of the 'Cement Cast Iron' S 1750 RD saber saw blade; it effortlessly cuts pipes made of cement cast iron (O 200mm) with wall thicknesses of 2-6mm.
