Täpne diameeter ja kõrge ehituskvaliteet

AnyCubicu PLA filamentidel on täpne diameeter 1,75 mm, tolerantsiga ±0,02 mm. See tootmistäpsus tagab stabiilsuse ja täpsuse printimise ajal, tulemuseks on suurepärane detailide reprodutseerimine igas projektis. Täpne diameeter muudab filamendid ühilduvaks enamiku turul olevate 3D-printeritega, muutes need lihtsamini kasutatavaks ja mitmekülgsemaks.

Kõrge tugevus ja vastupidavus

Kõvadusega 81D ja tõmbetugevusega 61 Mpa on AnyCubicu PLA filamendid äärmiselt vastupidavad. See teeb neist ideaalse materjali funktsionaalsete prototüüpide ja osade loomiseks, mis peavad taluma igapäevast kasutust. Kõrge tõmbetugevus tähendab, et filamendid on vähem altid pragunemisele ja deformatsioonile, mis on oluline keerukate ja detailsete mudelite printimisel.

Optimaalsed printimistingimused

Soovitatav düüsi temperatuur on 200-210°C ja laua kütmise temperatuur on 50-60°C. Need parameetrid võimaldavad parimaid printimistulemusi, minimeerides moonutuste riski ja tagades esimese kihi hea nakkuvuse. Optimaalsed printimistingimused tähendavad ka väiksemat materjalikulu ja paremat lõpptulemuse kvaliteeti. See muudab AnyCubicu PLA filamendid lihtsasti kasutatavaks isegi 3D-printimise algajatele.

Kõrge tihedus ja täpne viimistlus

Filamentide tihedus on 1,23 g/cm³, mis aitab kaasa tugevate ja stabiilsete printide loomisele. Materjali kõrge tihedus tagab, et prinditud objektid on vastupidavad ja mehaanilistele kahjustustele vastupidavad. Filamendid on tuntud ka oma võime poolest luua siledaid pindu, mis on eriti oluline kõrgekvaliteedilise viimistlusega mudelite loomisel. Sile pind võimaldab esteetiliselt meeldivaid prinditulemusi ilma täiendava töötlemiseta.

Omniva courier delivery

The courier will transport your goods from Photopoint straight to the provided address. The delivery will take place at workdays from 08:00 to 17:00. Hold your phone near you as the courier will call you prior to its arrival. Please make sure there is someone at the destination, eligible to receive the shipment.
