The Discovery Prof Specimens DPS 5. “Life in a Drop of Water” set includes five professional-grade slides of biological specimens, namely the following inhabitants of freshwater: bacteria, protozoa, arthropods, and plankton.

It is excellent teaching materials for advanced students of zoology, biology, medicine, or veterinary sciences.


The prepared slides are labeled, secured, and placed between a microscope slide and a cover slip. Place a prepared slide on the microscope stage and start observing.
