Acar Surge protection Protector EMI/RFI Rack 19", 1.5m, 16A, black The acar PDU RACK surge protection device is a version of the acar PDU family with a professional application profile, designed for installation in a 19" rack. The 1U size device has eight protected power sockets with grounding, which in most cases are sufficient to power all receivers installed in a 19" rack . It uses a reinforced mains switch, resistant to large current surges arising, for example, when switching on computer sources (stationary and portable sources). The mains switch is equipped with a hinged cover to prevent accidental switching off. The built-in anti-interference filter significantly increases the safety of connected receivers, and the automatic fuse enables system operation to be restored in a short time. The device also has an indicator of the correct operation of the protection system. The durable and strong casing made of self-extinguishing material meets all the requirements for devices for professional use.
