The Spokey FITBALL exercise ball is made of a material that limits slipping. This effect is additionally supported by the stripes running along the entire circumference of the ball. Thanks to this, you can safely perform exercises in which contact with the ground is limited (e.g. in a handstand). The Spokey FITBALL uses the Anti-Burst system, which means that if the ball bursts, the air is gradually released. This is extremely important from the point of view of the safety of the exerciser, who gains time to react (get off the ball). The ball comes with a handy pump, which can be used to quickly and conveniently inflate the ball.

How to choose the size of an exercise ball?

Spokey FITBALL is available in three sizes: 55 cm, 65 cm and 75 cm in diameter. To maximize exercise effects, choose the ball diameter according to your height:

  • ball diameter 55 cm – height 150 – 165 cm,
  • ball diameter 65 cm – height 160 – 175 cm,
  • ball diameter 75 cm – height 175 – 190 cm.

The angle between your thighs and your upper body and the angle between your thighs and calves should be at least 90 degrees with your feet flat on the ground to get the most out of sitting on the ball. Remember that your hip joint should be higher than your knee joint when resting, and the angle between your upper body and your thighs should be greater than 90 degrees.

How to properly inflate a ball?

An exercise ball often requires several pumping cycles, according to the following principle: pump, set aside for 2-3 hours, pump, etc. After several such attempts, the ball should reach its nominal, target size.
