In addition, it can track 21 sports modes and the IP68 waterproof design ensures worry-free use. The collected health and training information can be conveniently examined in the QRing app. The smart ring is distinguished by its lightweight design (only 4.4 g), up to 6 days of battery life and stylish, elegant design.
  • Sleep tracking: the ring generates a detailed report that allows you to get to know your body better and find out which sleep habits are worth improving. See in the app how long you sleep, how long the different sleep phases last and how high the quality of your sleep is
  • Activity tracking: the ring accurately counts steps and calories burned, and also measures the distance covered and heart rate during exercise.
  • Recording 21 sports modes: walking, running, cycling, yoga, dancing or aerobics - in the application you will find detailed information about your daily activities.
  • Health monitoring: the smart ring helps you quickly respond to any worrying symptoms. It monitors your heart rate and blood oxygen content - the most important information is available in the application. In addition, the ring also measures blood oxygen saturation (SpO2).
  • IP68 water resistance: do not worry about removing the ring in the pool, when washing hands or in the shower. The Colmi R02 smart ring is waterproof according to the IP68 standard.
  • The QRing application connects to your phone via Bluetooth and synchronizes data.
