Smart umbrella construction
The Elinchrom softbox has no loose parts without braces and the springs are joined together like this. that the softbox can easily be folded up and down.

Double diffuser cloths
It is very easy to vary the light picture thanks to double diffuser cloths and grids. With both diffuser cloths on space gives the softbox a soft light with a long distance between light and shadow. By removing the outer diffuser cloth, the crispness of the image is further improved if the softbox is used without both cloths.

Softbox with Raster
Raster comes with this softbox, which gives the lighting another dimension. By using grids, the soft light of the softbox is kept, but the light spread is more controlled. The photographer can with high precision accentuate important parts of the subject at the same time as light spills on background etc. can be avoided. By switching between one or two diffuser cloths in combination with grids, the light flux can be further changed. With grid installed, the light angle is approx. 30?.
