The Aputure F10 Barn Doors is a universal modifier designed with the F10 Fresnel lens in mind. Using a drop-in socket, its installation takes just seconds. The included Bowens mount canopy ensures that the gate is compatible with hundreds of other devices. The use of black powder coated aluminum will prevent unwanted glare. The gate is characterized by a unique 8-wing construction. With additional moving parts, control of the shape and size of the light beam can be even more precise! The accessory also comes with a special aluminum belay cable which guarantees even greater safety when working with light modifiers. Thanks to the use of a special "drop-in" socket, the installation of the accessory takes just a few seconds! The use of two unique lenses in the F10 Fresnel model allows you to increase the efficiency of the LED lamp by up to 340%. The spread or focus of the light beam can be adjusted from 15° to 45° using the ergonomic ring. The F10 Barn Doors complete the functionality of this unique set. It gives you full control over the shape and size of the light beam! Canopy with Bowens mount The Aputure F10 Barn Doors were created specifically with the unique F10 Fresnel lens in mind, but Aputure made sure they were compatible with as many devices as possible on the market. That's why the kit comes with a special canopy that allows the accessory to be mounted using the popular Bowens mount. Thanks to that, the gates will be compatible with such Aputure lamp models as LS 600d Pro, LS C300d II, LS 300x, LS C120d II, as well as hundreds of third-party products. The use of black canopy also reduces the size of the light stream emitted by the LEDs, making the resulting shadows even sharper! The color of the modifier also prevents unwanted glare. Unique design Compared to traditional gates created with Fresnel lenses in mind, the F10 Barn Doors offer additional ways to work with light and control it even more precisely. It features a unique 8-wing folding design that lets you forget about the pieces of cardboard you hastily glue to your modifier. Additional wings allow you to remove unwanted light transmission and adjust the beam even more precisely to the current needs of the frame. Attention to the smallest details Equipment used on film sets is not always treated with the care it deserves. Aputure engineers are well aware of this, so in the interest of product durability and reliability, they used high quality powder coated aluminum to make the F10 Barn Doors. Thanks to this technology, chipping of the black paint will not threaten you, both when crossing bumpy roads on the way to the set, as well as when during the recording process will occur to uncontrolled falls or bruises. The set also includes a special aluminum belay rope. Threading it through a special mounting hole and attaching it to the lamp or tripod will minimize the risk of damage to film equipment when someone improperly installs the accessory or accidentally knocks it down.
