Your Spokey SWING balance trainer is shaped like half a ball with a wide exercise surface. This design requires the user to balance their body properly, which contributes to greater engagement of the muscles responsible for body stabilization. During training, the platform tilts sideways, strengthening not only specific body parts but also agility and coordination. This is why the balance trainer is often used to support the development of motor skills.
