Levenhuk Halo NVM20 monocular night vision digital
The digital night vision monocular is suitable for night hunting, orienteering, tactical competitions, as well as search and rescue and security operations. The device is effective not only at night, but also during the day, as it can be used like a normal telescope. The device is also equipped with a compass.
It is based on a 1/2 inch CMOS sensor for extremely low illumination (0.0001 lux). In combination with infrared lighting, it provides a detailed image from a distance of up to 200 meters in complete darkness and at dusk. The view in daylight is unrestricted. To examine distant objects, the monocular is equipped with a digital zoom with 1, 2, 4 and 6 magnifications. It also has a dioptre setting.
The device does not require a memory card; it stores photos and videos in the memory of a connected smartphone. The Wi-Fi interface is used to pair the devices, and photos and videos are taken with a downloadable mobile app. The resolution of the photos and videos is up to 1080x607 pixels and the videos can be recorded with or without sound, depending on the user's choice.
The power is supplied by a lithium battery with a capacity of 2200 mAh. One battery charge is enough for 3 hours of work with infrared lighting or 5 hours without. To conserve battery life, you can enable or disable auto power off after 3, 5 or 10 minutes. The charge status of the battery is easy to monitor via the corresponding icon displayed on the screen.
The 0.38 inch screen with a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels has 9 brightness levels for backlighting. When switched on, the device automatically adjusts the brightness to the average brightness of the image. The image on the screen can be black and white or green; both options provide maximum image sharpness.
The housing is made of durable, flexible material: a mixture of polycarbonate and ABS plastic. Water protection class IP66: The device is protected against dust and small particles as well as against water jets. So you can use the telescope even in rainy weather.
Please note: IR lighting (infrared radiation) can be detected by photo and video cameras and other similar electronic devices during operation.
