The Proform Sport XT Olympic bench with stands is the basic element of your home gym equipment. You can set the backrest in 6 different inclination angles. Thanks to this, you can conveniently work on selected muscle groups, without having to buy other equipment. All you need is a bench, barbells and dumbbells to be able to effectively increase your strength, endurance and sculpt your figure.







The maximum load on the bench is 231 kg. It has four sponge-covered handles to block the legs, and there is space for up to 59 kg of weights. Thanks to this, while sitting on the bench, you can also perform a strong leg training. The handles on the barbell rack can be placed lower or higher, depending on what exercises are planned.

The bench is covered with foam and aesthetic modern looking material. Blue Proform logo inserts make the product even more attractive.

Remember that training should be preceded by a warm-up to reduce the risk of injury. In the case of barbell exercises, it is important for your safety that someone be ready to help you finish lifting the last rep.
