ELEGOO Saturn 4 Ultra is an advanced 3D printer, created for those who value the highest quality printing and innovative technological solutions. Faster printing with Tilt Release

Thanks to Tilt Release technology, the Saturn 4 Ultra allows ultra-fast separation of the printed model from the film at the bottom of the resin tank, reducing printing time to a maximum of 150 mm/h. You can switch seamlessly between high-speed and standard print modes, adjusting the speed to suit your needs.

Unmatched precision with a 10-inch screen

The Saturn 4 Ultra is equipped with a high-end 12K Mono LCD screen with a resolution as high as 11520 x 5120 pixels, which translates into unparalleled detail. With an XY resolution of 19 x 24 μm, the printer can reproduce even the most intricate details with impressive accuracy. The 9H hardness screen also provides protection against scratches, ensuring long-lasting and reliable use of the device.

Smooth surface and print accuracy

The Saturn 4 Ultra uses a state-of-the-art COB light source combined with a collimating Fresnel lens, allowing for uniform illumination with an astigmatism coefficient of just 0.5%. Thanks to this technology, the printer achieves 92% light field uniformity and precise light angle control, resulting in exceptionally smooth print surfaces and precise reproduction of fine details.

Connect and print without unnecessary complications

The printer offers complete convenience with its automatic leveling function and intelligent mechanical sensor. Simply take the device out of the box, plug it in, and the printer will align the printing plate by itself. The built-in sensor also checks the resin level and prevents possible errors, ensuring stable operation. With just one click, the Saturn 4 Ultra checks all the components on its own and gets ready to work.

Full AI support

You can now achieve professional results without much effort. The intelligent monitoring system with AI camera continuously monitors the printing process and detects possible problems, such as a missing model on the working plate or deformations. This feature gives you the ability to react quickly to problems and avoid wasting material. The Saturn 4 Ultra automatically resumes operation after any interruption due to power loss, which protects your printing and avoids wasting time and raw materials.
