Thanks to cooperation with the TUYA Smart mobile application, you can check all data about the temperature and humidity in your home on your smartphone, regardless of where you are at the moment. After connecting to the local Wi-Fi network, the WS50WH APP weather station will constantly update the weather forecast for the next 5 days by downloading data from the Internet. The device also has a built-in temperature and humidity sensor, thanks to which you will be constantly informed about the thermal situation in your home. The included wireless outdoor sensor will provide you with relevant data about the outdoor temperature and humidity. In the mobile application, you can also set alerts warning you when the set temperature is exceeded and set an alarm clock for all days of the week. You will also receive reports in the form of graphs on the temperature and humidity values on a given day or month.

There's Wi-Fi, there's fun!

WS50WH APP is a weather station that, thanks to connection to the home Wi-Fi network and cooperation with the TUYA SMART application, can constantly update the weather forecast for the next 5 days. All you need to do is scan the appropriate QR code with your smartphone, which is available both in the user manual and on the box, and download the TUYA SMART application. Then turn on the station and start the Wi-Fi network search function on the weather station by pressing the button on the top panel of the housing. Now open the application and perform the configuration described in the user manual. After correct pairing, the weather station will download data from the Internet and display it on the display. Data on the forecasted highest and lowest temperatures, UV index and graphic weather forecast are updated on an ongoing basis. Remember that the station works with a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network or a hybrid 2.4/5 GHz network, but does not support the 5 GHz network.

TUYA SMART is smart.

The TUYA application contains data from temperature and humidity sensors connected to the WS50WH APP weather station, you can check this data even if you are not within the range of your home Wi-Fi network. The weather station sends this information via a connection to the router and you read it in the TUYA SMART application connected to the Internet anywhere. You went on holiday, but you want to check the weather conditions in your home, nothing simpler! You look at the application and you know everything.

Thermometer and hygrometer always at hand!

WS50WH APP has a built-in sensor to measure temperature and humidity inside the room where it is applied. The additional wireless sensor included in the set can perform measurements outdoors or in any selected location. Data regarding both temperature and humidity measurements are constantly updated and displayed on the LCD display built into the weather station*. Additionally, the device has a memory for measuring the lowest and highest values of both temperature and humidity, which reset automatically at the beginning of the next day. Temperature values can be displayed in either degrees Celsius or degrees Farenheit.

Measurements from one sensor not enough?

No problem. The station supports up to three external sensors, so you can buy two additional optional Blaupunkt ACC20WS sensors for the sensor included in the set, set them on the appropriate channels (the sensors have 3 channels, switched manually), so that the signals do not interfere with each other and apply them wherever you just want. You need to monitor the temperature and humidity in your bedroom, garage or home pantry, nothing simpler than that, leave the sensor there and you can read the measurement values on the screen of the WS50WH APP weather station, and thanks to the LCD displays built into the optional ACC20WS sensors, you can also check the temperature and humidity values wherever you place them.

What time is it, what day is it?

There is also a clock on the LCD screen that can display the current time in both 12 and 24 hour format. Thanks to this, the station also functions as a useful watch. Next to the clock, there is also a calendar that will inform you what day of the month it is and what day of the week it is. The names of the days of the week are available in seven languages (DE, EN, FR, IT, SP, DU and DA) and can be changed when setting the calendar.

Hello! Incentive!

The WS50WH APP weather station also has an alarm function set in the TUYA SMART application, so if you need to get up earlier, simply set the time at whichyou want the alarm to go off and sleep soundly. The alarm will go off automatically, and if you want to sleep a little longer, turn on the snooze function and the alarm will go off again in 5 minutes. The alarm is triggered by a sound signal that lasts for 2 minutes, long enough to wake up even the heaviest sleepyhead. You can also use the alarm not only to wake up, but also as a reminder of some important events during the day that you don't want to miss.

Puff how hot! Phew, how hot!

You know that feeling when you're hot and the radiator is still heating up like crazy? Or you're constantly cold because you haven't turned on the heating. To control the appropriate temperature in the room, in the TUYA SMART application connected to the WS50WH APP weather station, you can set alarms that will warn you when previously set temperature ranges are exceeded, both for the sensor built into the station and for external sensors connected to the station. This is how it works: for example, you set the temperature range for the internal sensor in the range from 19 degrees to 23 degrees and if the air heats up above or cools down below this range, an acoustic signal will appear in the weather station and the temperature indications will flash on the display. Such a reminder will help you prevent the room from overheating or cooling down, isn't it useful? You can also set limit values for external sensors that will warn you of extremely low or high temperatures outside or in the room where you place these sensors.

Oh how comfortable!

Thermal comfort in a room is a very important issue that affects our well-being and also various objects in our home. If it is too humid, mold and fungi may bloom, and an unpleasant odor may float in the apartment. Too high humidity may also damage various electronic devices in our apartment. In turn, too dry air may have a negative impact on our health. Therefore, it is worth ensuring the most appropriate conditions, and this will be helped by the thermal comfort level indicator, which shows on the screen of the WS50WH APP weather station when the room is too dry, when too humid and when it is the most optimal.

LCD display! are you going dark? Of course I'm missing the point.

The WS50WH APP weather station is equipped with a high-quality color LCD display that has a dimming function and no, it does not cheat, it only changes the brightness of the backlight and, importantly, it does not do it itself. You decide when to dim the display to make it less distracting or more visible.

Power supply.

You can connect the WS50WH APP weather station to the socket using the supplied 5V 1200mA power supply, and the wireless outdoor sensor with two AA batteries, which are included in the set. In order for the station to remember the settings during a power outage, you need to buy 3 AA batteries and install them in the compartment located on the back wall of the housing! The station can operate without these batteries, but after a power outage you will have to make the appropriate settings again. These optional batteries can also serve as an alternative power source if you take the station to a plot where you do not have access to electricity. When running on battery power, the display will automatically turn off after approximately 10 seconds to save battery power. Additionally, there are battery level indicators on the LCD screen, so you know when the batteries are low and replace them in time.

Put up or hang?

Do what suits you best. The station casing has been designed in such a way that the entire device can be placed on a table, desk or window sill, as well as hung on the wall, because there is a hole for a hook in the back of the station, and the power cable is routed in a special channel that does not make such installation difficult. The included wireless sensor can also be placed or hung. Remember to place the sensor in a place protected from wind and rain and in the shade, without direct sunlight, which may adversely affect the reading of temperature and humidity values.
